*Neow Neow*

June 21, 2008 – 9:07 pm

We have a “neow neow”. It is quite large in size. It likes to take catnaps on top of the pile of woodchips at the side of our house. I like to look at it through our windows and sometimes I unintentionally scared it away by making some noises. It will then go under the fence to our neighbour’s house instead. We don’t think it is a stray cat but not sure which neighbour it belongs to. Definitely not our side neighbours.

This *neow neow* has been coming to our house on and off for the past one year for catnaps during the day.

Dunty Dunty

June 19, 2008 – 9:09 pm

Words in Blue is my version
Words in Black is the correct version

Dunty Dunty sat on the wall
Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall

Dunty Dunty had a great fall
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall

All king’s horses
All the king’s horses

All king’s men
and all the king’s men

Connot put dunty again
Couldn’t put Humpty together again

“M”

June 18, 2008 – 10:02 pm

Note from MaMa:

BeeBee (she calls herself BeeBee or Baby) blurted out the alphabet “M” several times while we were at a drive thru. It took us a few seconds wondering why she said “M” all of a sudden and you guessed it right - we were at Macca’s! The day was already dark and the lighted “M” signs were hard to miss, even more so by a little kid who is always keen on reading letters at signboards, etc ever since she was able to recognize and pronounce A to Z at 22 months of age. Just hope she won’t always associate the letter “M” with Macca’s (McDonald’s) all the time

As we waited to pick up our order at the drive thru, BeeBee blurted the letters “S” and then “A”. Curious this time, I began looking around for those letters. True enough, there were banners hung on several poles reading “SALE”. As it was windy, dark and the banners were flapping, she probably couldn’t see the rest of the letters “L” and “E”.

Hmm come to think of it, a two year old learning about fastfood and sale (future shopaholic??) … not a good combination. Kids these days!
